Allowed me to change my flight with advance notice, helpful staff at tour desk, peaceful location with convenience, villa with kitchen, great choice to explore Bali. Cons: Oh, getting a massage? Don't bother - it was horrible.

Pipie who runs Kumpul Kumpul 3, is absolutely amazing, the day before i checked in, she sent me an email with a map attached so that finding the hotel would be easier and she does all that she can to make you feel at home. I stayed at the 1-bedroom villa, and all I can say is, if Booked.net keeps the rate this low, i will keep going back to Kumpul-Kumpul 3. The location is fantastic, along jalan seminyak yet, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the street so you don't hear the noise. The villa is big, and good for entertaining guests as there is a small living space in the villa and a kitchen area too. The pool however, looked a little green, but the space and design of the villa made up for it all. All I can say is that I will be back.

Villa Kumpul Kumpul 3 is well located. Our villa was peaceful, pool lovely.

Our villa was two storey, next time I would prefer a villa that was on one level.

Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere by the pool and in the villa. Close to shops and nightlife. Helpful staff, easy check-in/out, and bag storage. Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast with delicious pancakes. Convenient location for shopping and scootering to Seminyak Square. We'll definitely return!

Although an older Villa, we could not fault it. Management(Pipie) and staff could not do enough to ensure we were comfortable. Just off Jalan Seminyak it felt like we were in a secluded part of Bali and perfect for relaxing. Close to street for shopping and found some wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast can be had at Pub Jaya for around 30,000rp so no need to make your own although plenty of facilities are available within the room. Thoroughly enjoyed the well maintained pool area and would not hesitate to stay again.

Not really a complaint but a senior problem. We had problems getting in and out of pool and climbing the stairs to our bedroom as there was no railing. Speaking with the owner I am sure this will soon be rectified and I would recommend this villa to the older travellers for seclusion.

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful. The villas were spacious and clean. The gardens lovely and the whole atmosphere very relaxing.

I felt the villa was tired. Everything was old and the kitchen crockery & utensils were mismatched and old. Beach towels should be provided and cleaned without having to ask.

Private and quiet villas, friendly and helpful staff, close proximity to shops and restaurants, spacious and large rooms, delicious breakfast and cleaning service provided.

I might have liked the pics too much and missed recommendations by solo It was just families there. There's a kitchen but it's all open air so bugs are obviously there. :P

This hotel is great value for money - I have to be honest and say that the decor is looking a little tired in places - but if you want perfection then you can go and stay at the w hotel and pay 4 times the price! The staff are very friendly - you get alot of space for your money - and it's right in the heart of it without being too noisy. Would recommend it for a value for money stay in seminyak.

I keep coming back because the staff is helpful with restaurant recommendations, and this place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen utensils, air conditioning. , they offer massage, cots, an outdoor pool. Perfect for my city break! No regrets!

An oasis of calm in busy Seminyak. Large villas , very private. A walled garden leading to an open living/dining/kitchen area and upstairs a large bedroom with A/C and a locking door, plus a huge bathroom. Lovely pool (just a little deep for me - around 4feet 6 inches) and very pleasant staff. The owner makes a point of greeting guests personally which is very good.

It is showing the signs of age (and the climate) but nothing that cannot be fixed easily.

Although it is a back street, it is very close to main street of Seminyak and also the Bintang supermarket. And a pool looks very clean and comfortable as well as very quiet all day.

The owner(maybe) visited my room because of explanation for key broken(snap off when I was open the key!!!) and asked had any other inconvenience whether. So I told her that the air-conditioner is not effective and the hot water stops immediately. An Engineer came immediately and the air-conditioner to be comfortable only filled out the gas supplement, but the hot water heater necessitated overhaul because of dirt(probably lime), but on next day because he didn't have tools. but I don't know solved or not yet because I left on next day. Although the posture to ask is good, should not a periodic maintenance be carried out before being pointed out to a visitor?

the staff at this certified villa were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. the value for the money here is exceptional , the villa itself was cozy and well, equipped with a small kitchen and a comfortable, air, conditioned bedroom. the location is perfect, with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet alley off the main road. the pool at the hotel was a welcome respite from the Bali heat. I cannot recommend Kumpul Kumpul Villa lll enough for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Cons: Couldn't stay longer. 😢.

Staff; Style of the Villa;

We are regular visitors of Bali. Over the last few years we became tired of Kuta with its increased noise. In Kumpul Kumpul we were able to relive that old feeling of Bali's charm and warmth of the people. Kumpul Kumpul offers no excess luxury but the peace, friendliness of staff and tranquility of surroundings is priceless. The serene atmosphere allowed us to re-energize and make plans to come back.
